What to expect

Chair Yoga Classes

A typical LVCY class with Claire includes an introduction, breathing practice and warm up, followed by a number of postures, before finishing with a guided meditation or relaxation. All postures are offered with various levels of flexibility making classes widely accessible. Wear comfortable clothes.

Beginners Yoga Classes

A typical class includes an introduction, breathing practice and warm up, followed by a number of postures before finishing with a guided meditation or relaxation. Postures are offered with various levels of flexibility and props are available making classes widely accessible. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a blanket if you’d like to wrap up for relaxation at the end.

1-2-1 or Small Group Private Yoga Sessions

If you are uncomfortable or unable to attend a group class, let me bring the class to you!

We can discuss which areas you would like to explore, for example an introduction to yoga, balance, breathing, relaxation, meditation, strength or flexibility and we’ll use that to guide the session.
