Yoga Classes

A typical class includes an introduction, breathing practice and warm up, followed by a number of still/moving forms, exploring strength, balance and flexibility with focus on the breath, then finishing with a guided meditation or relaxation. Forms are offered with various levels of flexibility and props are available making classes widely accessible. Wear comfortable clothes and bring any props you usually use, and a blanket if you’d like to wrap up for relaxation at the end.

Yoga to Unwind

Nourishing movement to unwind and re-balance the body, letting go of tension, exploring flexibility, strength, stability and ease of movement.

Explore gentle breathing practices to go deeper into the yoga shapes & movements, calm the mind and nourish the body.

Classes conclude with a deep relaxation / meditation to further release tension, let go of any busy thinking and allow the body to quietly rest and recharge.

Chair Yoga Classes

Forms are offered with various levels of flexibility and props are available making classes widely accessible. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a blanket if you’d like to wrap up for relaxation at the end.

Beginners Yoga Course

Join Claire for a 6-week beginners’ yoga course designed to help you feel comfortable and confident as you start your yoga journey. You’ll be introduced to simple yoga shapes such as tree and downward dog, explore movements like side bends, and become familiar with common words and phrases often used in yoga classes.

In a small, supportive group, you’ll be encouraged to move at your own pace, with plenty of accessible options to help everyone take part and enjoy the experience. Whether you’re completely new to yoga or looking for a gentle introduction, this course offers a relaxed space to learn, move, and unwind.
